(1) Vendor needs to provide meeting management tool implementation and support service. – Agency seeks a fit–for–purpose, secure and sustainable solution that meets Sasria governance requirements; protects annotations, notes and comments; supports efficient pack compilation and distribution; integrates with the Microsoft environment where approved, support Single Sign–ON; provides measurable service levels; and enables an orderly migration from and exit from the incumbent platform, which includes;– Data Discovery, data validation, security,, and reporting requirements.• Solution design, configuration, branding and licensing.• Data extraction, cleansing, migration, reconciliation and formal sign–off from the incumbent solution.• Configuration of committees, meetings, , permissions, templates, workflows, notifications (alerts), retention rules and audit controls, solution is preferred to be deployed to the cloud platform.• Integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint services and approved identity services where required.• Functional, integration, security, performance, failover, backup/restore, migration, and user acceptance testing.• Training, change management, communication through emails etc, and role–based user role/access management.• Production deployment, ongoing support, maintenance, upgrades, patches, and continuous service improvement.• Contract exit, data return, secured(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.
