(1) Vendor needs to provide financial controls review services to the government authority located in Taylor, TX. – Professional accounting firm to provide recurring reviews of agency internal controls over financial reporting under a six (6)–year agreement.– Comprehensive reviews shall be performed twice during the contract term, in Year 1 and Year 4, including risk assessment, gap analysis, operational effectiveness testing, and final reporting for each review cycle. – Accounting firm to conduct a review of its internal controls over financial reporting to provide assurance to management that its controls are designed appropriately and that they operate effectively and continuously. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be six years.
