MB-10478 - USA (California) - Workers’ Compensation Third Party Administrator Services - Deadline November 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide workers’ compensation third party administrator services.– Provide comprehensive statewide workers’ compensation claims administration, managed care, and cost containment services.– Provide comprehensive statewide claims administration services for all new and existing workers’compensation claims that can provide such services.– Ensure a thorough and efficient transition of the administration of the workers' compensation claims from the existing TPA to the contractor within the requirements detailed in this agreement. – Ensure all workers' compensation and related services are managed effectively and efficiently and in accordance with the requirements.– Ensure that claimants sustaining work related injuries or occupation illness are provided with quality medical care and treatment promptly.– Ensure that claimants sustaining work related injuries or occupational illness receive appropriate medical and rehabilitative services to promote maximum medical recovery and a safe and expedient return to work, as appropriate.– Timely provide appropriate services to claimants to decrease the need for decisions by the workers' compensation appeals board or representation of counsel.– Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness and delivery of the services to the claimants and to reduce costs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
