DISPOS-9832 - USA (Michigan) - Vacuum Truck Spoils Disposal Services - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide vacuum truck spoils disposal services to the government authority located in Michigan. – Provide dewatering location available to agency operating personnel and approved contractors. Max load capacity of the vacuum trucks are typically 10–12yds, spoil slurry estimated to contain approximately 50% water, 50% excavated material. – Disposal or storage shall be in compliance with the Michigan Solid Waste Management Act, MCL 324.11501 et and the rules promulgated pursuant thereto. The requirements of all applicable laws or regulations, as amended, are hereby incorporated by reference in any contract for services.– Perform all necessary testing and obtain all required permits, authorizations and licenses for land use and/or Contactor–developed markets. Contractor shall present a Description of Operations to the BWL for approval. (2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
