(1) Vendor needs to provide facilitation services for the local government working group including approximately monthly video conference meetings, up to one Commission workshop annually, and coordination and completion of tasks as determined by the Local Government Working Group to ensure a smooth collaboration process and successful outcomes to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.a. Facilitate meetings and support internal Local Government Working Group coordination1) Contact Local Government Working Group members to schedule virtual meetings on an approximately monthly basis, or as needed.2) Provide an experienced facilitator at each meeting.b. Assist with tasks as determined by the Local Government Working Groupc. Facilitate Public Local Government and Coastal Commission Workshop(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026. (3) Contract period will be for one year.
