(1) Vendor needs to provide circular economy services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM.– Circular economy means an economy that uses a systems–focused approach and involves industrial processes and economic activities that: (i) Are restorative or regenerative by design.(ii) Enable resources used in such processes and activities to maintain their highest values for as long as possible. (iii) Aim for the elimination of waste through the superior design of materials, products and systems, including business models.– Circular economy, products and materials are kept in circulation through processes like maintenance, reuse, refurbishment, remanufacture, recycling, and composting. – Reflects the principle that public funds enable public and private entities to build and sustain a circular economy while the State receives measurable public benefit in return.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24,2026.(3) A virtual pre–bid conference will be held on August 21, 2026.
