ASM-2666 - USA (Leadville, Colorado) - Capital Asset Management Plan Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide capital asset management plan services to the government authority located in Leadville, CO.– Shall prepare a comprehensive capital asset management plan establishing the county’s long–term asset management framework, principles and policies.– Capital Needs Assessment – identifying current needs and a 15–year capital needs forecast– Prioritization Methodology – establishing a transparent process and tool for prioritizing capital investments or divestments; ranking capital asset needs– Capital Funding and Financial Analysis – evaluating the County’s financial condition and capacity to fund capital improvements; identifying viable funding strategies– Implementation Action Plan – identifying clear near– and long–term next steps and tasks and assigning responsibilities and realistic timelines for implementation– Performance Measures – framework allowing for monitoring progress against established benchmarks(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
