(1) Vendor needs to provide educational services to the government authority located in Portsmouth, VA. – The objective is to establish access to accredited, high–quality online academic programs to support the educational advancement of apprentices.• Provide the placement test for all applicants.• Provide Qualified faculty and support staff.• Provide digital access to a course catalog which outlines the online and in person/lab academic courses (credit and/or non–credit).• Support and guidance for students during the enrolment process.• Instructional delivery through a secure and user–friendly learning management system.• Regular instructor/student engagement and academic progress monitoring.• Technical support for students accessing online courses.• Provide academic coaching and advising services.• Receive Industrial trade–based instruction from qualified instructors.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
