EXTRA-71851 - USA (Phoenix, Arizona) - Emergency Plan Portfolio Support Services - Deadline July 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency plan portfolio support services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.        – Provide professional services supporting the review, update, standardization, organization, storage strategy, testing, exercising, and ongoing maintenance of its emergency planning portfolio.– Portfolio includes, but is not limited to, the continuity of operations plan (COOP), emergency response plans (ERP), emergency action plans (EAP), business continuity plan (BCP), associated annexes, playbooks, quick–reference guides, and any additional water services emergency plans or supporting documents identified during the course of the project.– Review and update contact data, resource inventories, technology dependencies, facility information, and other operational details provided.– Provide a standardized annual maintenance and governance framework for the full emergency plans portfolio.– Review existing hazard information relevant to water services continuity and emergency operations.– Develop concise quick–reference guides where they materially improve emergency use.– Repository, storage, and accessibility strategy.– Review, standardization and emergency plan portfolio updates.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.          (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 01, 2026.
