(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial valuation services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX.– Annual actuarial valuation services:– Conduct annual actuarial valuations of the plan, including calculation of actuarial accrued liabilities, normal cost, funded status, and contribution requirements.– Reporting services:– Prepare actuarial information and supporting schedules required for GASB 67 and GASB 68 reporting, including disclosures and supporting documentation necessary for financial statement preparation and audit review.– Experience studies and assumption reviews:– Perform periodic experience studies and review demographic and economic assumptions.– Funding policy and plan design consulting:– Provide consulting services related to funding strategies, plan design modifications, contribution requirements, and long–term financial sustainability of the plan.– Scenario Modeling and financial projections.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
