(1) Vendor needs to provide sustainable community economic enterprises services to the government authority located in Hawaii.– Building sustainable community economic enterprises in existing homesteads on Hawaiian Home Lands and benefit existing homestead communities. – Sustainable community economic enterprises include increasing homestead food security, homestead jobs creation, workforce development (training, education, skills building), and sustainable and revenue–generating beneficiary–owned economic enterprises.– Projects must benefit homestead lessees, implement their homestead visions as articulated in Regional Plans, and lead to homestead food security, homestead jobs creation, workforce development, and beneficiary–owned sustainable and revenue–generating economic enterprise.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22,2026. (3) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on September 8,2026.
