(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based ground entry points as–a–service development roadmaps system.– Technical capabilities and notional GEP architecture provide descriptions of existing and planned global GEP footprints to ensure they can support agency orbital planes.– Schedule and timeline, compatibility, and testing provide a notional schedule or historical timeline based on experience, for making both existing and new antennas operational.– Hardware and software development phase.– Integration and verification test campaign (including end–to–end integration testing with agency ground systems).– Transition to operations activities and events.– Commercial business model, and cost drivers – Identification of existing contractor–owned or contractor–operated antennas that could be immediately leveraged as either scheduled or dedicated GEP–as–a–service (gaas) resources for this effort.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
