(1) Vendor needs to provide housing and navigation services to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA.– Supports programs for housing assistance, substance use disorder and mental health treatment, job training, and civil legal services.– Program services to criminal justice–involved adults with substance use disorder and mental health issues, including but not limited to Latine and Spanish monolingual clients.– Provide sustained, person–centered housing navigation and case management through housing placement and stabilization.– Increase access to culturally responsive housing options for justice–involved individuals.– Reduce barriers to successful reentry by connecting clients to housing, treatment, benefits, legal services, and other community–based supports.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 6, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
