(1) Vendor needs to provide government affairs consulting services.• Government Affairs consultant or firm to provide comprehensive government relations and lobbying services.• securing resources and promoting initiatives that benefit students, faculty, and the wider community.• Provide strategic guidance on policy issues affecting the College and its community impact.• Monitor, analyze, and report on relevant legislation and proposed regulations, primarily at the state level, with federal monitoring provided as needed.  • Develop strategies to secure public funding for the college’s initiatives and capital projects.• Provide ongoing advice on financial resource management and grant application processes.   • Build and maintain relationships with key policymakers, legislators, and other influential figures at the state and federal levels, while also advising and shepherding the President and designees in the same process.  • Advise on the development of public relations and media strategies to build public awareness of the college's initiatives, especially of political importance.    (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
