Rate and Financial Consulting Services

What is the solicitation method? Sarasota County seeks a Consultant to provide rate and financial consulting services for multiple County departments, including Public Utilities and Solid Waste. Examples of services include reviewing and making recommendations regarding a variety of fees, rate structures, and assessment methodologies, preparing financial models and financial feasibility report studies, analysis of revenue sufficiency, and assisting with the development of contracts, loan documents, financial policies, and strategic planning activities. Consultant may on occasion be required to present their data to the Board of County Commissioners, and to provide expert witness testimony. The County anticipates an initial contract term of three years.
