EXTRA-75737 - USA (Gahanna, Ohio) - Business Continuity Plan Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide business continuity plan services to the government authority located in Gahanna, OH.– Conduct a business impact analysis, including department interviews, the identification of business processes for each department, capturing information about each process, identifying workaroundsand financial impacts.– Create a business process priority matrix and an application priority matrix based on the business impact analysis and the city’s feedback to said analysis.– Create a template of a business continuity plan for the city that can be populated with each department’s information, assumptions, and scenarios.– Remote–access capabilities for each team member.– Cross–training capabilities and opportunities.– Deliver all raw and summary data to the city at the conclusion of the planning process.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
