Vendor needs to provide project manager services for dock reconstruction project to the government authority located in Haines, AL.– Project Manager will oversee planning, design coordination, permiƫng, construction, and closeout to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.– Project Planning & Coordination – Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.– Stakeholder Engagement – Coordinate with Borough officials, contractors, engineers, regulatory agencies, and community members.– Contract Administration – Oversee procurement, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with Borough policies.– Construction Oversight – Monitor progress, quality, and safety; review and approve change orders.– Reporting – Provide regular updates to the Borough Assembly and project stakeholders.
