(1) Vendor needs to provide organize, plan, promote and manage living history event service.• provide support services such as but not limited to; outdoor downtown waterfront, restrooms/port–a–lets, barricades, electrical service, potable water, police and fire services to enable a safe, well‑executed, historically meaningful, and community‑focused event.• The event showcased reenactments, period encampments, educational demonstrations, rail‑related displays, live performances, children’s activities, vendors, and community partners, drawing residents and visitors to the City’s waterfront anddowntown.• Includes event planning & management, historical programming, vendor coordination, marketing & PR, budget & finance, sponsorship development, and coordination with the agency– Will also need to furnish project plans, site plans, programming rosters, marketing plans, budgets, sponsorship plans reports and final event summaries.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2026.
