HEALTH-10772 - USA (New Hampshire) - Mental Health Court Coordination and Treatment Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health court coordination and treatment services to the government authority located in New Hampshire. – To provide the case–management, treatment, and related program–coordination services.– Mental Health Court participation generally lasts approximately 9 to 18 months, although the duration may vary based on the applicable program model, the participant’s legal status, individualized needs and progress, and decisions of the Court. – The applicant shall ensure that one appropriately qualified and informed member of its staff attends each scheduled Mental Health Court staffing and court session, either in person or remotely as authorized – The applicant shall support timely and effective communication among authorized Mental Health Court Team members and partner agencies regarding matters . – Before each scheduled staffing, the applicant shall provide authorized Mental Health Court Team members with a timely, accurate, and relevant report concerning each participant’s assessment results; treatment engagement and progress; identified needs; adherence with applicable treatment and program requirements; alcohol– or substance–use patterns and contributing factors, when applicable; the observed impact of treatment; and clinically identified factors that may increase or reduce the risk of recurrence or relapse. (2) All questions had been submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be two years.
