CLEANING-13418 - USA (Virginia) - Grounds Maintenance Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide grounds maintenance services to the government authority located in VA.– Provide snow and ice removal services and lawn care services to multiple properties.– Successful Contractor must guarantee around–the–clock service and demonstrate the ability to maintain sufficient staff and equipment to handle all weather conditions.– Contractor is expected to provide service in a timely manner so as not to disrupt the services provided within the community.– Contractor should not inhibit any of the parking spaces and make arrangements to remove snow and ice from the premises if the accumulation of snow and ice is over ten (10) inches.– Snow removed from parking lots shall be moved to the far corners of each parking lot.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
