(1) Vendor needs to provide financial condition examination services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.• Responsible for performing the role of a lead state in a full–scope, risk–focused examination for a domiciled to assess the overall solvency of the insurer and to verify compliance with statutes annotated and all applicable administrative regulations.• Assess the overall financial condition of the insurer as of the examination date and on a prospective basis.• Identify significant solvency risks applicable to the insurer’s operations and strategic direction.• Review and assess the effectiveness of the insurer's information technology general controls.• Assess the insurer’s enterprise risk management program.• Assess the effectiveness of the insurer’s audit function (external and internal).• Adequately address all applicable critical risk categories, deemed applicable to the insurer’s operations.• Maintain ongoing communication with insurer personnel to ensure an efficient flow of information throughout the examination process(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
