Description
The intent of this Request for Proposal is to obtain fixed price proposals from qualified firms to provide the following services: A. Review and evaluate the current Loudoun County classification system and compensation plan. B. Recommend changes to the current classification system and compensation plan. C. Recommend several options for a new classification system and compensation plan D. Conduct a comparative compensation and benefits survey and analysis that identifies the Loudoun County Government’s competitive position in the labor market and recommendations there from. The County intends to award this contract by September 1, 2007, with the final deliverables due by October 15, 2007.
