Description
WCPS is seeking proposals from a qualified offeror to provide a Compensation and Classification Study. This study should compare Warren County Public Schools compensation package, salary and benefits, for all employee groups in the school division to the following school divisions: Winchester City, Clarke County, Fauquier County, Frederick County, Page County, and Shenandoah County. Information about Warren County Public Schools can be found at http://www.wcps.k12.va.us/index.php/community/fact-sheet. Warren County Public Schools current salary scales can be found at http://www.wcps.k12.va.us/index.php/employment/salary-scales. Warren County Public Schools current benefit information can be found at http://www.wcps.k12.va.us/index.php/employment/benefits-package. The study should also analyze positions and position descriptions and responsibilities in the school division and make recommendations on staffing levels, staffing needs/excesses, and specific needs not currently in place. This study should include a five (5) year plan that takes all salary and staffing areas from the current state to one of being highly competitive in the region.
