(1) Vendor needs to provide crime prevention council service to the government authority located in Cleveland, NC. – Prior history of delinquency and recidivism, weapon involved offenses and felony level offenses.– School attendance and behavioral problems and suspensions and truancy.– Aggressive behavior: assaultive bullying threatening. – Alcohol and substance use abuse.– Mental and behavioral health needs: assessment counseling and treatment – Parent and family criminality, mental health, substance abuse and parental supervision.– Association with negative, delinquent peers and gang association.– Abuse, Neglect and Victimization.(2) Pre–bid mandatory meeting will be held on July 17, 2026.
