(1) Vendor needs to provide administrative services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.– Develop a methodology to determine the financial viability of institutions authorized or seeking authorization.– Provide a selected number of basic reviews to determine the financial viability of institutions.– Provide a selected number of in–depth institutional reviews, should the basic review suggest serious concerns about an institution’s financial viability.– Provide a summary of basic and in–depth reviews in written form, with the possibility of presenting summaries.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
