(1) Vendor needs to provide racial and ethnic approaches to community health services to improve health, prevent chronic diseases, and reduce health disparities among racial and ethnic populations with the highest risk or burden of chronic disease, specifically among African American, Black, Hispanic, and Latino, Asian American, Native Hawaiian/Other Pacific Islander, American Indian, and Alaska Native populations to the government authority located in Hawaii.– Nutrition. Implement local–level policies and activities,– Physical Activity. Implement state–level policies and activities to connect pedestrian, bicycle.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
