Vendor needs to provide assistance program services to the government authority located in Shreveport, LA.• Administer services under the water assistance program, a water and sewer department funded assistance program designed to provide support to qualifying utility customers.• Verify applicant eligibility in accordance with program guidelines established by the City.• Coordinate directly with water & sewer department staff regarding applicant status, approvals, denials, and program participation.• Provide customer support and guidance regarding the Program application process.• Conduct outreach and engagement efforts within the community to increase awareness of the program• Coordinate with the City regarding approved participant assistance amounts and program funding allocations.• Maintain accurate accounting records related to program administration.
