(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based online study review guide (OSRG) tool.– Web–based tool that captures data; computes summary statistics; outputs the results of individual study reviews and metanalytic syntheses; and manages workflows associated with government contractors’ reviews of academic journal articles.– Coordination with the digital modernization teams and for other staff and contractors.– Website, data, and online tools (IT, cost plus fixed fee).– Responsible for monitoring the email address and Help Desk requests sent through the OSRG.– Maintain the Website.– Website is designed to be responsive to user needs, efficient, and adaptable. Until the new website is released by the digital modernization team.– Operating the public help desk that answers questions from the public, training new reviewers.– Develop and maintain a users guide.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
