LEGAL-17982 - USA (Guttenberg, New Jersey) - Law Firms and Attorneys Interested in Serving as Special Counsel General Service - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide law firms and attorneys interested in serving as special counsel general service to the government authority located in Guttenberg, NJ. – Legal research and/or advisory opinions as needed; – Research and draft ordinances and/or resolutions; – Represent the Town in litigation in federal and state courts and administrative forums; – Review and/or draft contacts, bid specifications and legal notices; – Attend meetings of the Town Council upon request; – Conduct programs on specified legal issues for appropriate elected officials and/or Town employees upon request; – Notify the Town of changes in municipal law or state regulations, as well as Court decisions, that impact the operation of the Town; – Any other matters as directed by the Town.(2) The contract period will be one year.
