(1) Vendor needs to provide grit and screenings transportation service to the government authority located in Benicia, CA.  • Provision of Suitable Vehicles, Drivers, and Dump box– The provider will supply suitable vehicles and drivers for hauling the material, and a City approved 10–yard dump box capable of containing, transporting and dumping grit and screenings.• Reliable Service– The provider must ensure regular transportation of the grit and screenings so as to provide uninterrupted operation of the City’s grit and screenings removal processes.• Reliable Transportation• Reporting– Provide a quarterly report to the City outlining the grit and screenings transportation information for the quarter.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on June 22, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
