(1) Vendor needs to provide district wide multi–function copy and print solution.– Solution shall provide a standardized, reliable, secure, and supportable printing, copying, and scanning environment that meets the operational needs of campuses, departments, and support facilities.– Centralized administration and dashboard functionality– Solution shall be fully compatible with current and future versions of Windows, macOS, iOS, ChromeOS, and Android.– Support the following:• Acceptable copy quality and reliability for a school environment.• OCR scanning.• Duplex print and scan capability.• Color scanning.• Scan–to–email functionality.• Scan–to–OneDrive and scan–to–google drive functionality.• Ethernet TCP/IP network connectivity.• Data encryption capability.• Password protection capability.– Print management solution shall provide:• Secure printing using user code, badge reader, and mobile application;• Device, site, and user reporting;• Reporting of printing, copying, and scanning activity;• Visibility into device model, serial number, IP address, and status;(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 19,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
