W-112 East Elk Grove Sand Issues Project

The work for this bid includes the furnishing of all labor and materials to resolve sanding issues at the East Elk Grove well (W-112) located at 9960 Waterman Rd, Ca 95624. The project includes, but is not limited to, measuring sand production of the well, removing the well pump, taking downhole video surveys of the casing, inspecting the pump for damage and performing repairs on the pump, repairing hole(s) found in the casing, reinstalling the pump, and measuring sand production of the pump post-installation. The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in specifications. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the specifications, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the County.
