CEI Services – Angel Lakes Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements

The City of Jacksonville is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide Professional Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services for the Angel Lakes Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements Project, Project No. 010977. Services will include design-phase constructability review, pre-construction services, construction inspection, contract administration support, materials sampling and testing coordination, schedule and payment review, utility coordination, documentation of construction activities, as-built/closeout support, and warranty-phase services. The CEI consultant will assist the City in ensuring the project is constructed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, permit requirements, and applicable standards.
