Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Project Title to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this IFB. The City of Port St. Lucie (City) requires Construction Services for the rehabilitation of the Green River Parkway Trail from Walton Rd. to the Martin County Line. The improvements will be described in a project plan set not yet prepared.
