One (1) multipurpose athletic field 240 ft wide by 360 ft long suitable for soccer, football, and community events.d. Sports lighting for all athletic facilities.2. Walking Traila. ADA Accessibility.b. 10 ft wide, close loop–style paved trail throughout the property with connection to Bicentennial Park located at 33 Clark Street, Portal, GA 30450.3. Playground Areaa. Age–appropriate zones (2–5 years and 5–12 years).b. Shade structures and safety surfacing.c. Inclusive and ADA compliant design.4. Pavilionsa. Covered structures with picnic tables.b.
