(1) Vendor needs to provide clean transportation fuel program backstop aggregator service to the government authority located in New Mexico.– Implement statewide education, outreach, and awareness campaigns to inform the public about and promote transportation decarbonization.– Monetize credits granted through credit sales and use the resulting revenue to support transportation decarbonization activities.– Engage with consumers of fuel suppliers that have not opted into the Clean Transportation Fuel Program to ensure the distribution of benefits across the state.– Conduct outreach to prospective credit generators that have not opted into the Clean Transportation Fuel Program.– Establish targeted local programs or projects to maximize Clean Transportation Fuel Program benefits.– Maintain records related to program activities, proceeds from the sale of credits, and financial operations.– Submit a written report summarizing the previous performance period’s contractor activities.– Ensure work is conducted effectively, efficiently, and in an accountable and transparent manner. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
