(1) Vendor needs to provide communication consultant services for referendum planning.– Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive, transparent, and informative communications plan that engages our community and ensures all stakeholders are well–informed– Strategic Planning:- Develop a communications strategy tailored to the community- Provide a timeline and milestone schedule from project launch to election day- Provide methods of audience sentiment through surveys and other means to develop campaign strategies– Messaging and Materials- Create clear, consistent, and fact–based messaging for all audiences– Community Engagement- Advise on or facilitate community listening sessions, town halls, and informational meetings- Assist with stakeholder presentations– Media Relations- Provide guidance and support on press releases and local media engagement– Digital Communication- Develop or support referendum–related content on the district’s website- Provide video production and editing services(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
