(1) Vendor needs to provide remote order and payment services.• Gain familiarity with currently–marketed services with an authorized, secure online ordering service for eligible state vital records.• Provide customer order intake, online payment processing, order and identity validation, secure transmission of order information to DVR, expedited ordering and shipping options, and integration with DVR's operational processing environment.• Provide convenient electronic access to vital records while supporting the security and confidentiality requirements associated with sensitive personal information.• Deliver secure, seamless, and accessible vital records services through an integrated and automated environment that improves customer experience, operational efficiency, data quality, and service delivery.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
