(1) Vendor needs to provide laundry management system.– Provide commercial laundry management solutions capable of supporting the operational needs of laundry.– Evaluate available software solutions, including software–as–a–service and other deployment models, to determine their ability to meet the university's functional, technical, operational, implementation, and support requirements.– Solution should support the complete lifecycle of laundry operations, including point of sale, laundry, dry cleaning, uniform management, mending, garment tracking, customer management, order processing, production management, route delivery, billing, payment processing, reporting, and customer communications. – Solution should support the day–to–day operations of a full–service commercial laundry operation, including:• Customer account management.• Order intake and processing.• Route management and tracking.• Mobile applications for drivers.• Handheld device compatibility.• Laundry, dry cleaning, uniform, and mending services.• Garment tracking throughout the service lifecycle.• Bundle laundry management.• Production workflow management.• Automatic order splitting during assembly.• Invoice generation and printing during assembly.• Departmental and internal billing.• Payment processing and reconciliation.• Go–live support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
