LEGAL-17999 - USA (Florida) - Special Magistrate Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide special magistrate services to the government authority located in Florida.– Responsible for administering and enforcing applicable County codes and ordinances in support of the health, safety, and welfare of the community– Special Magistrate shall conduct quasi–judicial hearings and perform related duties necessary for the fair, impartial, timely, payment dispute resolution and efficient enforcement of applicable Collier county codes and ordinances. – Special Magistrate shall hear and decide cases, impose administrative fines and other noncriminal penalties when authorized, and perform duties associated with the Code Enforcement Citation process and other matters within the Special Magistrate's jurisdiction.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
