(1) Vendor needs to provide test administrator and pathways consultants service to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• Control testing sessions by following all related policies and procedures for conducting a testing session under standard conditions or, when appropriate, with accommodations for candidates with disabilities and continuously monitor examinees while testing.• Maintain and ensure the security of all testing materials and confidential information in the testing situation • Demonstrate ability to maintain a quiet testing environment and skill in controlling testing sessions • Prepare and submit detailed report(s) to the State agency Administrator on irregularities or compromises in any testing session • Be available to provide services in controlled life–space settings via mobile laboratories and at designated satellite labs (2) The contract period will be for one year.
