(1) Vendor needs to provide travel management services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.– Provide comprehensive travel planning, booking, and management services for prize winners participating in promotional campaigns.– These services shall include the coordination of travel arrangements and VIP experiences for both domestic and international travel.– Shall have the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute customized travel itineraries and VIP experiences for prize winners– Shall have the ability to manage all aspects of travel logistics, including supplier coordination, customer service, and itinerary execution.1. Round–trip airfare2. Travel originating from the airport closest to the winner’s residence.3. Upscale hotel accommodations– Shall have the ability to identify, source, develop, and present unique travel and experiential prize package opportunities– Provide travel insurance options for each trip, with coverage details clearly communicated to the Lottery and the prize winner(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
