STAFF-16942 - USA (Spokane, Washington) - Temporary Staffing Services - Deadline October 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services to the government authority located in Spokane, WA. • Provide temporary personnel as required work are representative of the most common temporary positions required: general administrative, clerical, and general labor.• Responsible for all payroll, payroll taxes, workers' compensation, payroll reports, applicable insurances, and other employer federal, state, and local requirements.• Assign a single point of contact, and shall designate a backup, to coordinate and assist in any employment requests, availability, scheduling, billing, contract compliance requirements, reports, and problem solving.• Maintain thorough records including to invoicing, payroll, training, background checks, credentials/licensing, and disciplinary actions, as well as policy and program records• Responsible for all costs associated with criminal history background checks and alcohol/drug testing for their temporary personnel before, during, or after their work assignment ends(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–proposal conference will be held on October 8, 2026
