(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Watsonville, CA. – Empty, clean and relined trash containers, and tie bags securely and place in dumpster.– Clean, sanitize and polish toilets, sinks and urinals. Allow minimum 10 minutes contact time.– Cleaning of the gym room, vacuum, and remove garbage and wipe clean mirrors.– Clean and polish all glass, mirrors, partitions, chrome, doors and countertops.– Wipe down wall around sinks and urinals.– Clean and refill soap, napkin, female products, and paper dispensers– Clean entrance area windows and spider webs(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 05, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on November 03, 2026.
