Description
Springfield Platteview Community Schools is seeking proposals for ten (10) UPS units. All proposals which are highly equivalent to Eaton 9PX 1800W UPS units will be considered. All equipment bid must be new. Proposals are due in either hardcopy or in electronic form (PDF format) on or before Wednesday, December 2, 2026 at 3:00 pm CST at Springfield Platteview Community Schools, Attn: Tim Seretta RFP Response, 765 Main Street, Springfield, NE 68059 or emailed to tim.seretta@spcsne.org. Emailed proposal documents will be time-stamped from the receiving computer. Springfield Platteview Community Schools is not responsible for electronic proposals delivery, including lost or garbled proposals. SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration.
