(1) Vendor needs to provide professional design services to the government authority located in Statesboro, GA.• Complete civil engineering design services for the Fire Station 16 site access improvements.• Responsibilities include designing a heavy–vehicle entrance that strictly adheres to design standards, developing appropriate roadway cross–sections, and providing requisite hydraulic/drainage design.• Develop detailed, comprehensive civil design plans for all three project phases within a single, unified plan set.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Sept 15, 2026
