CONS-23147 - USA (Falmouth, Maine) - Architecture and Engineering Services - Deadline September 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide architecture and engineering services to the government authority located in Falmouth, ME. – Based on the recent feasibility study and proposed project layout by City Architecture, the Architect will develop drawings and construction bid documents for the proposed buildings and related construction and site amenities.– The Architect is also encouraged to submit alternative designs that would meet the programmatic needs that could result in less costs for the project.– The Architect’s contract will require early and continued coordination with the Construction Manager at Risk, the Town Manager, and the advisory workgroup for this project. (2) A pre–response pre–bid meeting will be held on August 19, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
