(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program services to the government authority located in Rochester Hills, MI.– The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider shall provide telephone, video and on–site consulting services to managers – Mental & Behavioural Health: Stress, anxiety, depression, grief, substance abuse (drug/alcohol), and general psychological well–being. – Family & Life Events: Marital, family, parenting, single parenting, child/adolescent guidance, elder care, and life transition support. – Workplace & Performance Issues: Job performance, attendance, and interpersonal conflict resolution involving managers, peers, or customers. – Work–Life Resources: Legal consultation, financial counseling, and related support services.– Provider must maintain rapid–response CISM and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) services.– Accessible 24/7/365 for individuals or groups following acute traumatic events (e.g., line–of–duty injuries/deaths, severe pediatric calls, or mass–casualty incidents).– Provide telephone intake, video intake and/or face–to–face services for all EAP participants seeking assistance. – This service must be available to all employees working all shifts and must be immediately available in emergency situations on a 24–hour, seven day a week basis. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 18, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 06, 2026.
