(1) Vendor needs to provide parking assets management services to the government authority located in Duluth, MN. • Public parking operators for operations, maintenance, and management of its off–street parking ramps and lots, as well as designated on–street parking meters collections and maintenance. • Provide a gateless revenue control system for all off–street parking operations.• Security and internal auditing of all physical cash collected.• Plan to maximize and protect public parking revenues.• Proposed gateless revenue control system.• Detailed primary and secondary auditing procedures• Cash handling and deposit procedures.• Equal employment opportunity policy.• Sexual harassment policy.• Safety policy and procedures.• Establishment and maintenance of high level of customer service.• Management services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
