(1) Vendor needs to provide document digital remediation services. – Remediate documents in accordance with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) interim rule for ADA Title II web accessibility requirements under the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard.• PDF documents originally created from Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign.• Accessible alternate versions and alternate text for charts, graphs, and complex images.• Create PC templates for Word, Excel and PowerPoint for commonly used documents such as memos, whitepapers and presentations and ensure that templates export to PDFs that are WACG 2.1 compliant (approximately 5–10).• Create an internal checklist for staff to follow as they prepare PC documents in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint so that new documents don’t build a backlog.• Deliver 1–2 web–based staff training sessions (asynchronously) for best practices on how to author accessible documentation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
